Another double weekend round-up coming your way!

Last weekend Jess had a double weekend of racing, taking 6th at the ORRL Abingdon RR on Saturday and 3rd at the Avid Sport Women's RR on the lumpy Chitterne circuit on Sunday!

Two weekends ago, Lydia came 10th in BUCS 25 mile TT in Cambridge with a 1:05:56 on a rolling course. The following weekend she had the BUCS road race on the Saturday, finishing in the bunch on one of the toughest courses out there, and then came 7th in the BUCS crit on the Sunday in York!

Flora came 4th at Bickerstaffe in freezing and wet conditions after a really tough, attritional race. She also took the win in the first Salt Ayre weeknight crit of the year, and finally she finished in the bunch at the latest round of the Women’s Team Series at Coalville!

Thank you to Ellen Isherwood for the photo at Bickerstaffe, and Avid Sport for the Chitterne RR one.

And thank you as ever to our fabulous sponsors Cryptofin, The Bicycle Lounge, N-FUSE Sports, Bioracer UK, Total Cycle Coach and Paydon Contracts 🙂

Double weekend round up - and what a run of races it's been!

Witham Hall GP (first round of the junior women's series) - Anna Shackley took the overall win, Zoe Watters in 21st and Flora Knight 28th. A really strong performance by the team that bodes well for the rest of the series!

BUCS 10 mile tt - Lydia Watts came 11th with a time of 24.17 in a strong field at the university championships.

Ogmore Valley Wheelers 25 mile tt - Jess made it onto the podium behind Emma Lewis and Angela Carpenter with her first sub-hour 25 of the year in blustery conditions (57.22).

Team Series - Lydia finished strongly in the bunch in what was a very fast and aggressive race.

Scottish Junior Champs - Anna continued her winning streak (also taking first in the senior race) with Flora close behind in 2nd, with Zoe finishing in the field.

Oakenclough RR - Anna took yet another (!!!) win on the challenging NW course, with Flora coming home in 7th and Zoe making it into the top 15.

Bath CC 10 mile tt - second place for Jess in her for 10 mile tt of the year with a time of 23.47.

Thank you as ever to our sponsors Cryptofin, The Bicycle Lounge, N-FUSE Sports, Velocast Productions, Paydon Contracts, Total Cycle Coach and Bioracer UK
